HELP! WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO ANY OF THE SCHEDULED LIVE CLASSES?

DO I HAVE TO TURN ON VIDEO/AUDIO?
Video is completely optional, you can turn on video so the instructor can see you or you can just watch. With Audio, you just need to connect so you can hear the class and the instructor, but you can mute yourself so they cannot hear you. We will mute all participants once the class begins, and you can unmute yourself if you have a question or want to comment.
DO I HAVE TO CREATE A ZOOM ACCOUNT?
No, you only need to download the app on your phone or computer. However you still need to use your email and name to register for the classes, but you do not need to create a Zoom account.
I HAVE A QUESTION DURING CLASS, WHAT DO I DO?
You have a few options to do so. You can raise your hand over video, or use the "raise hand" option in the app that will display a notification to our host. Our host has Kroc Staff sitting behind the computer and will see your notification. Our instructors will give the option to ask questions at the end of class as well, so you can unmute yourself when that opportunity arises.
