MonFri 7:00am–8:00am, 9:45am–10:45am & 11:00am–12:00pm | Ages 16–99

Free with Gold Memberships and Day Passes; Silver Memberships pay $9 for youth and older adults, or $11 for adults.

This low-impact water workout focuses on cardiovascular training, muscle toning, flexibility, and coordination. Aqua Aerobics takes place in shallow or deep water based on participants’ preference. The instructor leads participants through cardio movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements, and jumping jacks.  A variety of equipment is used.

This high-intensity workout class is geared toward trimming and toning by strengthening abs, toning midsections, and burning calories. This class is ideal for weight loss and toning through strength training that is guaranteed to make you feel stronger, faster, and more energized.

Experience the fun fusion of Latin and International dance music that Zumba fitness incorporates.  Build endurance, cardio fitness, and strength with a combination of fast-paced and slow rhythmic dance.

Hardcore Elite is our high-energy indoor bootcamp with an emphasis on high intensity interval training. With a fusion of cardio, strength, muscle endurance, core strengthening, and flexibility, this class will transform your fitness journey.

Open-Level Vinyasa Flow is a breath guided yoga. Asana flow sequencing designed to provide greater strength, flexibility, focus, awareness, relaxation, peace, and overall well-being.

This energetic class incorporates diverse combinations of cardio kickboxing and dance movements. It features a fusion of high-intensity intervals, strength training, and endurance exercises.

Breathing techniques and focused stretches are the core of this class, intended to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone.  Emphasis on proper alignment during postures makes Gentle Stretch & Tone a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move at an easy pace.

This class is slower paced, focusing on stretching and releasing tension and calming the nervous system. Students practice breathing techniques, and transitioning from one pose to another, mostly on the mat.

Flexibility, strength and stamina are the focus of Strength & Tone.  Guided stretches and breaths lead to increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate.

Tai Chi is a series of intentional gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

This high-energy class takes indoor cyclists through hills and valleys with intense bursts of speed and cooldowns in between.  Beginners to advanced spin cyclists can choose their level of intensity, so all levels are welcome.

High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, has been getting a lot of attention lately, and for good reason. This class combines intense bursts of exercise with short periods of rest or low intensity activity to improve cardiovascular fitness, build lean muscle, and burn fat.

This class is focused on building strength and muscle in your arms, legs, back, and core. Guided exercises using compound and isolation movements will target all major muscle groups, using a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, weighted bars, TRX bands, and resistance bands.
