If my child gets sick during a camp week, may I request a refund?

Do you offer early drop-off and pick-up?
Camps run weekdays from 8:30am–5:00pm for each week of summer camp. Extended care is offered from 7:30am–6:00pm, and can be added to any purchase at checkout.
What will happen if I’m running late to pick up my Camper?
If you will be late, please call the Kroc Welcome Desk, 707.439.7880. A $1 late fee will be charged per minute you are late. If you may be late more than once, we suggest selecting our Extended Care service for a weekly flat rate. For more information, see Drop Off and Pickup Procedures in Policies
What do I do if my camper has an allergy
or medication that needs to be Administered during the camp day?
If your camper has an allergy or daily medication, please make sure it is specified when you register. When you drop your camper off on the first day of the camp week, you can fill out a Medical Release Form and leave their medication. All medications will be kept with the Arts, Education and Camp Manager to administer to your camper at the specified time. You will receive all medication at the end of the camp day. Where do I find sign-in/sign/out information?
Details including sign-in/out locations and procedures and a list of activities will be emailed prior to camp starting to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.
Everyday your camper will need to bring the following with them to make sure they have the best time ever! Please label your child’s name on each item.
Personal phones may be left in campers’ backpacks, but are not to be used during camp.

Kroc Center members can now receive priority registration, allowing them to sign up for camps, classes, programs and leagues two weeks before the general public. This benefit is designed to secure spots in high-demand activities. Members also receive discounts, complimentary access to amenities like pools and fitness rooms, and sometimes early access opportunities.
SCHOOL'S OUTCamp Kroc day camps offer a variety of programs designed to keep kids active, engaged, and learning during their time off from school. We welcome ages 5–13, and camp hours are 8:30am–5pm, or 7:30am–6pm with Extended Care. Whichever camp you pick, your campers enjoy the best The Kroc Center has to offer in a fun, safe environment.

Swim Camp helps campers build water confidence, improve swimming skills, and stay active in a safe, supervised environment. Campers will work on swim fundamentals, stroke development, and water safety through structured lessons and fun pool activities. This camp is great for swimmers of varying skill levels and focuses on confidence, fitness, and fun in the water.

With over 12 years of experience in child and youth development—from summer camps and after-school programs to arts and education—I’m passionate about helping kids grow through imagination, play, and purpose.
